    Öhlins RXF38 m.2 / RXF36 m.2 Service Description

    Description

    • Service pack including service and parts
    • For Öhlins RXF38 m.2 and RXF36 m.2, with air or coil spring
    • Include disassembly, re-assembly, new seals, new grease, new oil
    • Recommended every 100h of use (other uses) or at least 1x/year
    • Include everything to maintain performance, reliability, comfort and value

    • Full damper service
    • Full spring service
    • Hydraulic bleed with new high performance oil
    • Replacement of wear parts including seals and guides
    • New SKF-Öhlins wipers
    • New foams

    • Öhlins anti-friction oil in the lower legs
    • Re-assembly and test

    Options
    • Hydraulic Tuning: optimization of compression and rebound based on your weight, practice and bike
    • Spring tuning: optimisation of the air spring using volume spacers in the positive and/or negative chambers
    • Travel change: modification of travel to 160, 170 or 180mm; other travel changes available on demand
    • Vorsprung Smashpot: coil spring update with Vorsprung's coil spring system

    RXF38 m.2, RXF36 m.2 and DH38 hydraulic tuning focus on compression and rebound

    All tuning follow a race-proven setting bank:

    • Compression: C20, C30, C40, C50, C60
    • Rebound: R20, R22.5, R25, R30, R35, R40, R50, R60

    All changes are based on the rider's weight and practice
