Fox Float DPX2 Service Description
Overview
- Comprehensive service package including parts and labor
- Applicable to all Fox Float DPX2 models sold from 2017 to 2022, covering Factory, Performance Elite, and Performance series
- Involves disassembly, reassembly, new seals, fresh grease, and new oil
- Recommended every 100 hours of use or at least once a year
- Ensures maintained performance, reliability, comfort, and value
Package Includes
- Complete disassembly
- Safety inspections
- Functional checks for each component
- Hydraulic bleed with new high-performance oil
- Replacement of worn parts including seals and guides
- Reservoir servicing
- New nitrogen
- Air can maintenance
- New bearing holder or an upgrade depending on your DPX2 version
- New seals
- Fresh grease application
- Reassembly and testing
- Service performed by long-term Fox partner: PMB Suspension
- Custom tuning: piston and base valve adjustments to match compression and rebound to your weight, bike, and riding style
- Spring tuning: air chamber modification using volume spacers
